Key Responsibilities

Franchise and Distribution Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure potential franchise, distribution opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and channels, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and engage with potential partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations that drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring both parties achieve desired outcomes.

Investor Relations

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage investors, securing the necessary funding for business expansion.
  • Prepare and present business plans, financial forecasts, and progress reports to current and potential investors.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with investors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Client Reception and Relationship Management

  • Oversee the client reception process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Market Analysis and Strategy Development

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the nutrition industry.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, franchise management, partnership development, or investor relations, preferably in the nutrition or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the nutrition industry and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing franchise, distribution operations, developing and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex situations to drive decision-making.
