Key Responsibilities
Franchise and Distribution Development
- Identify, evaluate, and secure potential franchise, distribution opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and channels, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and engage with potential partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations that drive business growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring both parties achieve desired outcomes.
Investor Relations
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage investors, securing the necessary funding for business expansion.
- Prepare and present business plans, financial forecasts, and progress reports to current and potential investors.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with investors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Client Reception and Relationship Management
- Oversee the client reception process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the nutrition industry.
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with market dynamics and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, franchise management, partnership development, or investor relations, preferably in the nutrition or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of the nutrition industry and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise, distribution operations, developing and securing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex situations to drive decision-making.
