How do I return an item?

If you're looking to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure the item remains in the condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Start your return by reaching out to us at care@longevitan.com. Remember, you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Where do I send my return?

Please send your return to this address: 12 MICHIGAN DR, STE 2, NATICK, MA, 01760. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Can I return an item without contacting you first?

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, get in touch with us immediately. We’re here to help correct the issue as soon as possible.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are a few exceptions. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To exchange an item, you should return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the quickest way to get what you want.

What about returns from the European Union?

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we’ll inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund.

Free Shipping on all China orders within 5-8 business days from bonded warehouses.
If you are a customer located in China, you can also visit our official store at JD Mall to purchase LONGEVITAN products with support in Chinese.
