1. Returns Information:

We accept unopened items for a full refund or store credit. You have 14 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items.

Please use the form at the bottom of the page to look up your order and initiate a return request. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back using ship services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

2. Refunds:

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.

3. Exchanges:

To exchange an item, you should return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This is the quickest way to get what you want.

4. Store Credit:

Items purchased during seasonal sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via a gift card.

5. Final Sale:

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
